Paul Atkins, a long-time supporter of crypto, was officially sworn in as the 34th chair of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on April 21. Atkins replaces his predecessor who had a harsh enforcement approach and plans to adopt a crypto-friendly strategy.
